4x6 Label Isn't Printing Properly

We want to print 4x6 labels from our Z-Designer Thermal printer.

Selecting just shipping labels works fine. If we select Shipping Labels and Packing Slips, they both print onto the same 4x6 label. The only way to print the Shipping Label and Packing slip onto two different 4x6 labels is to save the PDF, re-open, and then print from Adobe. This adds too many extra steps, but we need packing slips. Is there any way to fix this? We tried ConnectEasy but that didn't change anything for us. It still prints the same.
