I'm getting the message below telling me that things should reset today, but I'm still unable to ship. Can someone help?

We don't have an exact time, but it does occur sometime after midnight. It looks like yours reset at 12:42 AM on your billing date. I'm glad to hear you are now able to ship! Please let us know if you have further questions.
