With that said, there must be a more efficient way to retain customer information within Shippingeasy.
I do not understand why this is so difficult. The information we are looking for is being sent to Shippingeasy, so why can't it be automatically saved? i.e., name, address, phone, email etc.

Many of our features are based on a prioritization schedule. We prioritize based on many reasons but one of the largest is due to customer need/requests. We have not seen a request for this before, so it likely just has not hit our radar as a "need" yet. I think I understand your need for this feature, so I have forwarded it to our Product Team so they are aware of your interest.
While we wait for our developers to build in an automated process, I do have a possible workaround for you. You can export data from your Shipment History, extract customer contact information, and upload this to your Customers Addresses.
1. Create a custom report with the information you want to see. For example: name, shipping address, email address.
2. Set up the report to be emailed to you. For example: select daily, weekly, monthly depending on how frequently you want to update your contacts.
3. Import the new contact information into your Customers Addresses.
