Missing Shipment in Shipping History

I am new with Shipping Easy and completed two manual shipments. Delivery is confirmed on the 1st.

The 2nd shipment was delivered to the Post Office on July 20 where it was scanned in at the counter.

• THE PROBLEM - The 2nd shipment does not appear in my Shipping Easy shipment history. How do I check on the status of this shipment?

Both the July 8, 1st shipment and a 3rd shipment, for which I printed a label this morning, July 23, both appear in the shipping history.

Hi Dan,

I'm seeing 3 shipments in your Shipment History. Two labels were shipped, and it appears one was cancelled.

To see these, you just need to change your query in Shipment History.

Right now, the default search is for the last 7 days in Shipment HIstory. I suggest you select the option "In the Last"> "All" in Shipment History to view shipments that were made more than 7 days ago.
