I have followed the directions found on both Eleventh Avenue AND Shipping Easy. However, my orders are still not showing up. Suggestions?

Hello Leslie - I'm so sorry that you didn't receive a timely response to your post! I hope that your Eleventh Avenue orders are syncing these days.
In case others happen upon this thread, I want to mention that orders placed before the integrating Eleventh Avenue will not sync into ShippingEasy. This is due to how the integration was built. Anything placed after the integration is established should automatically sync.
