Orders with physical and digital fail to show up

I sell both physical and digital items in my woocommerce store. Any time that I receive an order that includes both physical and digital items it fails to import into Shipping Easy.

My husband has this same issue as well.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Erin,

Unfortunately, the option to sync digital orders (even with physical orders) is not currently available in ShippingEasy. However, I strongly suggest you place a feature request for your suggestion. This is how we monitor interest in changes to the app. These forums are regularly reviewed by our Product Manager and CEO. You can make manual orders for these shipments.

Hi Taylor -

I'm not interested in syncing digital orders.

The problem is that if a physical order also has a digital item in the order then the physical order does not sync.

This seems like a bug not a feature request?

Hi Erin,
It would be considered an enhancement to our current Amazon integration, but I have reached out directly to my Product Manager to see if this would be possible. Would you email the order numbers that had digital and physical product that did not sync to issues@shippingeasy.com, so our developers can take a look at the orders specifically? You can put the email to my attention.
