Thank you for reaching out to us!

I took a look at your account, and there does not appear to be an issue with your subscription billing, so I assume you are unable to update your credit card to purchase postage. You are billed a few different places in ShippingEasy that would need to be updated. I have included links below with more information.

If the credit card you have listed isn't processing, we recommend the following options:

  1. Contact your credit card issuer to verify that your card is in good order.
  2. If your credit card issuer says everything is OK, and the payment will not go through, use a different credit card.
  3. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card address.

Unfortunately, we'll be unable to force any payments to go through, as the message you encountered was prompted by a security concern raised by our payment processor. I hope that one of these options will correct the problem for you!
