Updates not happening in my Prestashop store and I need HELP ASAP

I am been working and having to do manual status updates and tracking numbers etc. I am getting too busy to keep doing this and I need some help so shipping easy works as it is suppose to I will allow tech support into my Prestashop back end to help me but I need help ASAP this is getting very old. Please someone call and help me get this app working right..thank you.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble! It is likely you have the wrong callback URL, and that is why your orders aren't updating. We do have a guide on how ShippingEasy works with Prestashop that will likely help you fix this issue. Something else to keep in mind is that your store must be HTTPS, instead of HTTP in order for us to send the shipment information back to your store.

Curious on whether this issue has been resolved for you. We have had the same problem for months now, with lots of support, but no resolution. We also have to manually update orders, add tracking numbers, etc. We use WooCommerce fyi.
