I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble!
Were these orders placed before you integrated ShippingEasy? Eleventh Avenue will only sync orders that were placed after you integrated.
Here are instructions on how to use ShippingEasy with Eleventh Avenue.
You can still process these by following these steps.
One other thing to check is to make sure that you followed our integration guide for Eleventh Avenue. Please make sure your API credentials that you entered match exactly from ShippingEasy to Eleventh Avenue.
If these orders were placed after you integrated but still aren't syncing, we would be happy to help troubleshoot. I am unable to find the name of your business, would you please let me know so I can look at your account directly?
