We have just started using the "add notes" feature on the Orders page which creates internal notes for anyone logged in to our account to check what's going on with a particular order; would it be possible to add this same feature to the Shipment History page so that we can add notes to an order about a shipment status or change after the label has been created?
Hi Lash - We have a long standing request that's very similar. If you have a few extra minutes, would you add your thoughts this thread? Keeping the discussion in a single thread helps us more easily identify ideas that are of greater interest to our customers.
