I've tried 2 things
- bringing over my exisitng Endicia account. but it gives me an error. I've used a login and pw that I just double checked as working.
I've also tried to create a new Endicia account, but as I've entered all the information , there's a validation error.

I took the liberty of looking at your ShippingEasy account. I do see that you have two Endicia accounts connected: First Class and Expedited, but you do not have a postage balance. I suggest you verify your billing information is correct on Endicia for both accounts, then try to purchase postage. Make sure your billing address matches the address connected to your credit card.
