I've been waiting on a label refund since August 12th. Since there is no one at Shipping Easy to contact, what do you recommend?

When a label is cancelled, a refund request is sent to the carrier.
USPS:
Endicia will wait 10 days before processing the refund. This is to ensure that the package did not enter the mail stream. Once the refund is approved, it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to post back to your postage balance. If you'd like to confirm that a refund was approved and deposited, you can find this information at Endicia.com:
If the refund is denied and you'd like to understand why, it's best to reach out to Endicia. We provide contact details here. They may request your Endicia account number, which can be located on your Postage Balance page in ShippingEasy.
