Import only certain items/orders from WooCommerce

I only need to use shipping easy for 2 items in my store but it imports all orders no matter what the product. How can I filter the orders before they are imported?

All of my items have SKU's and my stores code is very clean.

ShippingEasy relies on two factors in downloading your orders:

  • Are the products real or downloadable/virtual?
  • What status is the order in?

We'll only bring in real products; orders containing downloadable or virtual products will be ignored.

As for statuses, you get to choose which statuses you would like to sync. This can be done within WooCommerce on the ShippingEasy settings page. See our illustrated guide.

It sounds like you have orders which contain real products that are in a status that you have selected to sync with ShippingEasy. I recommend updating your approved statuses and moving the orders you do not want to sync into a status that will not sync.
