I'm a seller on Storenvy. I accidentally entered the wrong thing under Customs Override. I am selling 2 items, but because I entered something under override, I now only have 1 line item. How do I reset the override and go back to 2 line items?

Hi Winnie,
The easiest thing to do would be to send this order back to the Orders page by pressing the black X on Ready to Ship, then just "Create Shipment" for the customs forms to re-populate as they did originally.
Another option is to add a line item to your customs form manually using the "add" button on the right. Here is a link that shows where you would manually re-add a line item.
