I set up my packing slips so there is a line for Discount Applied, but it always shows as 0 from my 3dcart store, so I have to manually check each order and write it in so the final balance matches the entries.

It would be a significant timesaver if this information were imported.

Also, on manual orders, there is no place to enter any discount information, which would be helpful.

Unfortunately, 3dCart is not on the supported integration list for the discount variable within packing slips. Right now we support Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Volusion and WooCommerce. We are, however, currently working on rewriting our 3dCart integration to meet 3dCart's Rest API requirements (right now we allow you to use a SOAP API but soon they will require a Rest API).

Once we have that integration completed, we'd be able to look into offering support for this for 3dCart stores. In part, it also depends on whether 3dCart supports this, too. That said, I'd like to lay out your requests in the order we'd likely need to address them should we be able to offer all features: 

1. First, we'd need to add 3dCart to the list of stores that support our discount amount variable.
2. Then, we can look into adding a discount amount field to the manual order entry form and CSV uploads.
3. After that, we can expand on #2, making sure manual orders are on the the list of store types that support our discount amount variable in addition to the stores we already support this for, as mentioned above. 

My store would find this integration with Big Commerce helpful. We too run promotions for something free with a minimum purchase. Thanks!

We would really like for packing slips to show discount codes. Same as Joah, we run promotions where customers can enter discount codes and no discount is actually applied to their order, but it signals our shipping team to know that they must include a free product with the order. I was a little disappointed to find out that 4 years later this still hasn't been integrated with the app. Hoping this feature will be added eventually!
