i have been trying to integrate shipping easy to my prestashop store version 1.6.1.1 unsuccessfully. i completed all the steps and put in the API key , API secret and API store key but it's still not working. when i open the callback url to finish the installation process nothing shows up, it's just a blank page.

Thanks for chatting with me today about this! We discussed how ShippingEasy will not show rates or carrier options to your customers on your PrestaShop storefront. We sync orders that are placed on your PrestaShop store, then you create the label, and we would update the order as shipped to PrestaShop. Keep in mind your store does need to be HTTPS for us to update. Your site must also be active (not in test mode).
