I have orders in ebay, but they are not syncing to ShippingEasy. That makes it hard to ship. No pun intended. I have clicked the sync with store link many times and nothing happens. Help!

Hi Tony,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble!
How old are your eBay orders? Upon initial integration, we will sync orders up to two weeks old. These can take a few minutes to populate on your account. After that, we sync with eBay once every hour. As you saw, you can sync orders sooner using the "Sync with Store" button on the orders page, which can take up to twenty minutes to sync.
Keep in mind your eBay orders must be in a syncable status. We only sync Complete and Complete (Unpaid) orders from eBay.

I did take a look at your account, and it does appear your store is active. If you are still unable to sync, please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the transaction numbers that have not synced, as well as your store integration information.

Mea culpa!

This was a mistake on my part. The order didn’t populate because the customer hadn’t yet paid. As soon as he did, it showed up.
