Any Yahoo Stores Using ShippingEasy?

Has anyone encountered the following scenario using a Yahoo store with shippingeasy?

On Yahoo stores, if you do have an item that may have sold out, there is a functionality in the yahoo order page to have an email initiated to notify a customer that it will ( "ship in 2-3 days, 4-7 days, etc.).

Once you send that email to your customer, ShippingEasy does not allow you to pull that order up (it is tagged as "Clear" ). This does create a huge inconvenience resulting in having to use a different method to ship a Yahoo order (i.e. using Shipworks, ups.com, usps.com, etc.).

Has anyone experienced this problem and please share your thoughts or solutions if you have figured out a way to get around this (I know you can just not tag the order as shipping in 2-3 days, 4-7 days, etc. but this then leads to bad customer service and if you do send an email outside of the system it defeats the purpose and is a huge time loss).

Hi Roy,

If you mark an order as "Will Ship" in Yahoo, the order will not sync to ShippingEasy, or the order will clear from ShippingEasy if it is in the orders page. This is because this is not a supported status for our Yahoo integration. If you would like for this status to be supported, you can place a feature request.

For now, there is a workaround for this- if you add your orders to the Ready to Ship page in ShippingEasy before you update the status on Yahoo, the orders will not clear. However, keep in mind that if you move them back the Orders page, the orders will clear.

Here is a guide on how to use Yahoo with ShippingEasy.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
