I've recently begun using ShippingEasy, and have found it very useful. However, I am having two issues.
I use WooCommerce, and have the store connected to my ShippingEasy account. I can manually send the new orders from my WooCommerce platform to my ShippingEasy account, but it won't automatically sync them.
Also, when a customer places an order, they receive the following error message when they checkout. Is this an issue with my WooCommerce store, or the integration of ShippingEasy into the store? Does anyone else have these issues with WooCommerce? Thanks for the help.

Where I have (my name) it has the name of my store, I'm just using a generic placeholder.
Hi Tommy,
Thanks for posting in our forums! I'm glad to hear you are liking ShippingEasy.
We have not seen this error before, but it does look like a configuration issue for both of the problems you mentioned.
Did you follow our integration guide when you installed?
Also, make sure you have the correct statuses selected to sync to ShippingEasy. Here is our guide on how to use WooCommerce with ShippingEasy that will help you verify that.
I do see you are on our Starter plan, which doesn't typically include email support, but our Product Manager is willing to take a peek at your integration if you would email your configuration information to issues@shippingeasy.com. Please include a link to this forum post as well for our Customer Success team to reference when they respond.
