If you have an issue with your WooCommerce intergration that has been escalated with the ShippingEasy Customer Success team, you may be asked to provide your "System Report". This is available for download within your WooCommerce store.
- Click the System Status entry in the WooCommerce menu.
- Depending on your version of WooCommerce, you will see a button labeled either Download System Report File or Get System Report.
- Click the button and WooCommerce will either download the configuration information, or display it in a window so that you can copy and paste it.
