New ShippingEasy Account - Endicia Expedited Disabled/Suspended

I setup a new, free tier ShippingEasy account today to try it out.

The account setup went smoothly. I was even able to connect my FedEx and UPS accounts.  But, of the 2 Endicia accounts that you create, the Endicia Expedited account says Disabled. Looking further there is a statement that it is suspended and to contact ShippingEasy Support, so that's why I'm here.

When I click on the Unsuspend Account it shows this error:

"The Certified Intermediary’s pass phrase is incorrect. Error encountered (Log ID: 46023)"

How do I correct this problem?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for posting our forums! I took the liberty of looking at your account and both Endicia accounts do appear to be connected.

For your future reference, here is our tips for fixing suspended Endicia accounts. If that does not work you would need to reset your passphrase. Since you are on our starter plan you would email the temporary pass phrase to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com.
