If I'm on a Starter plan (no fee) and get a busy month and automatically get moved up to a Basic plan (with fee) and then go back to a slower month under 50 shipments. When things slow down do I get transferred back to a Starter plan or will I stay at the Basic plan (with fee)? Is there anything I need to do to go back to the Basic plan?

Hi Anders - A lot of businesses run into this, especially during their busier times.

ShippingEasy will not automatically downgrade your account. However, you can request that your account be downgraded at the end of any billing cycle. The downgrade can be requested anytime. Then it takes affect when your billing cycle restarts. This allows you to take full advantage of the postage savings and features of the Basic plan - for the month you've paid through.
