Jennifer there is no "reports"  in my dashboard like the instructions state.. Is the a direct link I can click so it will send me there??

I see even using the link https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/reports doesn't work either. Hope someone can help with this, I'm in the middle of finishing taxes

I wasn't able to locate your specific account, but it sounds like you are subscribed to our Starter plan. This plan is our introductory, free option, and so it doesn't include all features. One of the missing tools is the REPORTS page.

For your taxes, I recommend using the Account Transactions reports available at Endicia.com. This is available to anyone with an active Endicia account. To login you'll just need to use your Endicia account credentials, found on ShippingEasy's "Postage Balance" page.

Please keep in mind that you likely have two Endicia accounts. So, you will need to log into each account separately to obtain all your history.
