I tried asking in another thread. The guide says there is an option to click "reports" between help and settings but I don't have that option in my dash. I tried finding it through putting reports in the address link and it just redirects to my account details. I hope someone can help me find this as this is tax season and this is my first year using this product.

Hi Lauren - I'm so sorry that you didn't get a response sooner. I believe that we've been able to help in one of your other threads, but in case anyone else has the same question, I wanted to be sure to answer here as well.
The ShippingEasy REPORTS page is available to Basic, Plus, Select, Premium, and Enterprise subscriptions. It is not, however, accessible to the free Starter plan.
Nonetheless, you can find the information that you need to file your taxes through Endicia's "Account Transaction" reports. This article provides the steps for accessing this information:
In many cases, this information is actually the most accurate as it shows a complete detail of all postage purchase and refunds. You can also filter to just postage balance purchases, which is the information that most businesses will need for their taxes.
