Big Commerce - Do not import Unpaid Orders into Shipping Easy.  Currently orders with the Awaiting Payment flag are being imported.  Only Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment should be imported.

Thanks for this feedback. I have made a note of your request.  The more interest we see in this change, the more likely we will be to prioritize it so feel free to share it with anyone else you notice who may want it on the forums! 

In the meantime, I would like to note that when an order is unpaid, ShippingEasy will show the order as Awaiting Payment in the status column on the Orders page. Then, when the order is paid and the next sync occurs, the status in ShippingEasy will change to Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment. If you only ship orders that are paid and see an order under one of these statuses, you should be good to ship.  I realize that this will require a bit more visual monitoring than you may want, but hopefully it is a good temporary solution for you until we are able to look into your request.

Thanks Rachael,  

This might also be considered as a fix more than an enhancement.  All the other process from the other providers like ebay, amazon and volusion does not import anything that is not paid for.   It is a real pain as we have now shipped 4 orders that had not been paid for and did not know it until the customers mailed their checks.
Not a good situation.

Hi Randy, 

I understand completely and am sorry you are having issues. Again, I've made a note of your interest in this and recommend that, at least for now, you use the visual method I sent previously. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates we may have on this request.

You could also set a rule and assign an order category so that the there would be a color visual.

Thanks Larry, we just set that up.  Does not totally solve our problem but is helpful.
