Big Commerce - Do not import Unpaid Orders into Shipping Easy. Currently orders with the Awaiting Payment flag are being imported. Only Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment should be imported.

Thanks for this feedback. I have made a note of your request. The more interest we see in this change, the more likely we will be to prioritize it so feel free to share it with anyone else you notice who may want it on the forums!
In the meantime, I would like to note that when an order is unpaid, ShippingEasy will show the order as Awaiting Payment in the status column on the Orders page. Then, when the order is paid and the next sync occurs, the status in ShippingEasy will change to Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment. If you only ship orders that are paid and see an order under one of these statuses, you should be good to ship. I realize that this will require a bit more visual monitoring than you may want, but hopefully it is a good temporary solution for you until we are able to look into your request.
