When you initially connect Storenvy to ShippingEasy, we sync orders that are up to two weeks old in the status "Open". You may also want to make sure that your orders have valid shipping addresses. If your orders are more than two weeks old you can place manual orders in ShippingEasy to ship.

Additionally, we do have a guide on how to use ShippingEasy with Storenvy that I suggest you review. 

If your orders are "Open" and less than 2 weeks old with valid addresses but still aren't syncing, please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the order numbers and we can take a look at why these aren't pulling through.
