WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin - SE not automating tracking number entry when mark an order as shipped

Hello,

In this article:

https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/204437329-How-to-use-ShippingEasy-with-WooCommerce-v3-x-plugin

Is the WooThemes shipment tracking plugin supported?

Yes! If you have the shipment tracking plugin from WooThemes installed, ShippingEasy will automatically create a tracking entry for each shipment

I have Shipment Tracking plugin installed, and SE successfully posts the order note back to WooCommerce with the tracking number, and marks the order completed.

However, SE does not automatically create a tracking entry in the Shipment Tracking plugin fields as shown in the screenshot.

I have debugging on, but nothing is showing in the logs. What can I try next to get that process automated. It will save time versus having to copy and paste the tracking number so customers can see it.

Thank you and best wishes

Hi Emma,

Thanks for posting in our forums!

First, I would like to note that the WooThemes tracking plugin is only supported for ShippingEasy WooCommerce plugin version v3.2.0 and higher. What version of the WooCommerce plugin are you using? You can see the version you are using by clicking Plugins on the left side of the WordPress administration panel. You also have the option there to update your version if a new version is available- we did just release a new version this week.

If you are not using a supported version, I suggest you update your plugin, then when you ship please see if your orders update.

If you are using a supported version, I would love to get some more information to help troubleshoot. I was unable to find your ShippingEasy account using the email you are using to post in the forums. If you are on a paid plan, please email us at support@shippingeasy.com, and if you are on the free Starter plan please email us at issues@shippingeasy.com with the following information:

1. Your company name and email login

2. Your WooCommerce configuration information

3. An order number that is not populating this on the WooThemes tracking plugin.

4. Please verify that order updated as shipped with a tracking number in WooCommerce.

Please feel free to reference the URL of this post so our Customer Success team knows we have already discussed this.

Ah ha! I somehow had ShippingEasy for WooCommerce 2.1 installed instead of WooCommerce ShippingEasy Integration 3.3.0, I think from having installed it many months ago. Since it didn't show an upgrade available, I didn't realize it was that old.

New one is installed, tested, all good.

Thank you!
