Amazon and ebay order status does not Updates

Hi,

When i ship any order from magento order list, there status get changed in magento  but the order status does not changed in amazon and ebay.

Can you help?

Hi Anju,

Thanks for posting in our forums! I was unable to find your account specifically, but I have included some information below regarding updating your orders as shipped to eBay and Amazon.

Order updates to store

We have a general guide on why your orders are not able to update as shipped on your store that I suggest you review. You will want to check your Shipment History for order update exceptions- this means we were unable to update these as shipped due to an error. You can retry these to see if you can get the update to go through, otherwise you will have to update these manually on your stores.

Amazon

We update your orders to your Amazon store in 20 minute intervals. If we send too many requests to sync with Amazon in a short period, it will cause Amazon to disconnect your store momentarily from ShippingEasy.

You can sync your shipped orders on your store sooner by selecting the checkbox next to your order in Shipment History, then select Resend/Retry> Retry Order Updates to Store. Here is more information.

If your orders are not updating after that 20 minute interval it is possible that you are editing these in ShippingEasy in a way that prevents us from updating. We cannot update orders that are split, or combined with multiple orders. There is more information here on our Amazon integration.

eBay

If you split or combine your orders in eBay the order should be marked as shipped. However, splitting your orders can change the way we update eBay. If you split the quantity of the order, only the most recently shipped order will update eBay with a tracking number. If you split line items, each tracking number will go back to the original order. Hi there,

One additional note: based on what you described you may be using Magento to connect your Amazon and eBay stores. A common plugin for this is the M2E plugin for Magento, however it does not work for all customers and is not officially supported by ShippingEasy. If you are using that plugin you may want to contact them to see what is preventing the update to your merchant stores!
