don't see any recent shipment history since May 4th, not sure why.

I've unchecked filter and reset filter but nothing works.

I need to look up my shipment history, please help.

Hi Sam - Thanks for reaching out.

When I review your Shipment History, I also see that your most recent shipment is from May 4th. Have you shipped anything since May 4th?

To see older history, you would use the filters (as you mentioned). ShippingEasy allows up to 90 days of history to be viewed at a time.

  • You can see the most recent 90 days by using the "In the last" filter.
  • You can see a more distance 90 days span by using the "Date range" filter.

When set to the most recent 90 days, I see a total of 21 shipments. Do you know how many shipments should be there?

Hi Sam - I apologize for overlooking one matter in your Shipment History.

The "In the last" filter will filter by the date that the shipment was created - that's the date that the order was sent to the Ready to Ship page.

When I set "In the last" to the last 30 days, I see that there is a shipment that was created on April 26th, but the ship date is May 16th. May 16th also happens to be the date that the label was purchased.

I see two other shipments from May 24th as well.

I used a report from Endicia.com to verify the transactions in your history. You can find more information about this report here:

Then I used the Global Search in ShippingEasy to verify that the shipments were accounted for. You can find more information about this here:
