Integration wont work woocommerce

Ive been using this on my site for two years now www.lightsaliveapparel.com its a woocommerce site. I updated the website and now orders wont sync. the apis and keys are all correct so I cant think of what else can be stopping it from sending info

Thanks for posting in our forums!

Are you using a plugin called SkyVerge on your WooCommerce account? SkyVerge is a plugin that guarantees that WooCommerce order numbers are always sequential, regardless of what is happening with the WordPress blog. If so, please let me know and I can tell you how to fix this. 

If not, since you you are on the free Starter plan please email us at issues@shippingeasy.com with the following information:

1. Your WooCommerce configuration information

2. A few order numbers that will not send to ShippingEasy

3. Your ShippingEasy plugin logs
