I have. I know how to update the API URL.
However, when I go to Store Integration and click on reconnect everything is grayed out. I can not update the platform nor paste the updated URL into API URL box.
The only thing clickable on that page is Cancel or Save.
Hi Schann, it is normal to see greyed out text in the API URL field, but it typically can be clicked on and will accept typed or pasted text.
It may be possible your particular browser is causing the issue. Have you tried accessing the reconnect options using another web browser?

If you have, can you describe what occurs when you attempt to paste the URL listed in Step 9 back to your ShippingEasy account?
