When I click the retry button on the failed label on the shipment history page, it takes me to a "Return home" or "I need support" page. I need the failed label off of my "print" page because when I batch my printing, the label gets printed every time. I don't like wasting supplies and this wastes my labels. Please help remove the failed label from my print page. Thanks

I have two packages I am trying to print labels for. Each time I try to print labels, it fails. I click retry and repeat the process again and again, every time it fails. I am not seeing any error message, so I don't know what the problem is. I have tried it in a Chrome browser and Firefox browser on a Mac and get the same result over and over.
Please help!

Sorry for the late response, and for the failed label! I'm glad to hear you were able to print that. Typically these can be retried and corrected, but on occasion our developers need to fix these. I went ahead and fixed that label for you, and it is now in your Shipment History and no longer in Ready to Print.
