I'm shipping an oversize item so I know its dimensions may be relevant to the pricing. I know there are supposed to be fields to enter dimensions here: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203084289-Do-I-need-to-enter-weight-and-dimensions-for-every-package-#manual-dim
But my window is missing that whole section. Even at the top of the Browse Rates window, there are fields for dimensions, but they're grayed out, so I can enter them there, either.
How can I enter the package dimensions?

I'm very sorry for the delayed response.
The dimension fields in the Ready to Ship screen are actually dependent upon the Carrier and Package selections.
For example, if you were to select USPS as the Carrier, Priority Mail as the Carrier Service, and (custom) Package for Packaging, the Length, Width and Height fields will become available so that you may enter the dimensions of your custom package.
Typically the dimensions are only available for custom packaging, and will not be visible for Flat and Regional Rate, or Large Envelope/Flats.
