Cannot sign in

How crazy is it that you have to sign in to "match profiles"to post to this help forum....  unacceptable.  Just spent the last 3 minutes trying to find a way to get around this and had to put in another email.  So..... if you can't sign in, you also can't get any support.

I have orders to go out this morning and cannot sign in.  Very frustrating as I read all the other's that cannot sign in and all they tell us to do is clear cache in Chrome which I have done (from beginning).  Nothing is working and I have orders to go out.  Unacceptable.....

Thanks for posting in our forums- sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your account. As you know, the forums do require a separate login from your ShippingEasy account, it is a separate portion of ShippingEasy that is not a part of the app. I am noting that the process to sign up for the forums can be improved for users- sorry that was complicated. 

Regarding logging in, we specifically would like to have you clear your cookies from your browser (from the beginning of time).

Hello! I am having the same problem as the original poster. I have followed all of the directions in your recommended post about clearing cookies. I used a new browser and cleared THOSE cookies. Nothing is working. I sent an email to customer support, but haven't heard back and really need to log in to get my packages out the door today.
