Hello, I accidently purchased First Class Postage instead of Priority Postage. Endicia indicates that I must Close the First Class Postage for a refund. However, Shipping Easy requires that I have active First Class and Priority option. I only use the Endicia International & Expedited option to get the Priority postage.
How do I resolve this issue....I know that the help section states to close the account, but do I need to close both accounts and then reopen to continue using Shipping Easy?
There has to be an easier way to request a refund.

While ShippingEasy provides you with two free Endicia accounts to purchase First Class Domestic and International & Priority Mail, it is not a requirement to have both.
You will only need to keep the Endicia account for the postage you wish to purchase. If you only use the International & Expedited account for Priority mail, you do not need to keep the First Class account open.
Please use this link for assistance in closing your Endicia Account.
If, in the future, you decide you do need the First Class Endicia account, you are welcome to register for a new free account within your ShippingEasy account under the Postage and Carriers settings.
