I got this message:

Account # has been suspended. Please Contact ShippingEasy Support for assistance.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for posting our forums! I took the liberty of looking at your account and both Endicia accounts appear to be connected now.

For your future reference, here are our tips for fixing suspended Endicia accounts. If that does not work then you would need to reset your passphrase. Since you are on our free Starter plan, you would email the temporary pass phrase to us at endicia.account@shippingeasy.com.
