I have printed 3 shipping labels through Shipping Easy on my Dymo 4XL and all three of them printed two times, one right after the other.
Is there a setting I need to change to fix this? Labels are too expensive to waste one every time I ship.

Hi Ellie, and thank you for posting to our community!
Typically when you are printing duplicate labels from ShippingEasy it is because there is more than one instance of ConnectEasy running on your computer.
If you take a look at the link below, the first image is what the ConnectEasy icon will look like in your Toolbar (Mac). If you see more than one ConnectEasy icon, you will need to right click and select Quit from the drop down menu, until only one ConnectEasy icon is visible.

To avoid this problem in the future, please make you are only launching ConnectEasy from your Applications folder (Mac) or your Program Files folder (Windows).
