I'm so sorry for the confusion that this has caused and I'd very much like to clear this up for you. The $0 balance that you may see generally happens for a couple of reasons.
1. If you're using the rate calculator instead of the Ready to Ship label editor and are looking to ship internationally, then we are unable to calculate these rates as the rate calculator is only available for domestic rates.
2. If you are using the Ready to Ship rates and have not completely filled out the label requirements, then we will be unable to populate a rate for you. Here is more information on this: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203082409-Why-is-my-rate-showing-0-
