Second user on my account not seeing orders

Hello,

This past week, the person I work with at the order fulfillment company I use informed me that she can no longer see on her end the orders that come in. She is set up as a second user on my account and normally sees the order there as soon as she logs in. As far as I know, nothing has changed on my account, and therefore this should not be happening. Since she cannot see the orders anymore, she cannot send out my orders, and therefore the customers don't get their items in a timely fashion. As you can see, this is very important to my business, and I am extremely frustrated by this situation.

Hello Natalie, and thank you for posting to our community!

Have you asked your second user if they have tried toggling the All Shipments/My Shipments options at the top of the Orders page. The link below describes those functions on the Shipment History page, but they work the same in the Orders page as well.

Why am I missing shipments on my Shipment History page?

If that does not correct the issue, it may be necessary to try using a different web browser or clearing the browsers cache. The link below will provide more information on clearing cache.

What to do if I find a page not displaying correctly?
