In the shipment insurance there is an option to insure things based on the "Order Total" ... but this does not include the shipping cost. So if an item is lost then I am out the shipping cost. Can we get a way to make the order total include the shipping cost we charged the customer as well?

Our apologies for the delay in response. We have been evaluating your request. We do not support the cost of postage being automatically added to the insurance cost as our insurance partner, Shipsuance, does not support the value of postage purchased.
