I am using an HP Laser printer. I have selected the template to print a label and a packing slip on one 8.5 X 11 page. And it does indeed print both. The packing slip is correctly oriented with a height of 4 and width of 6. However, the label itself is printing with an orientation that is effectively height of 6 and width of 4. How do I reverse the orientation of the label so that the width is the 6-inch dimension?
How do I print 6 X 4 labels instead of 4 X 6 labels

Hello Occu Pant, and thank you for posting to our community.
Typically you can rotate the label and packing slip when viewing the PDF version, by right clicking on them and choosing 'Rotate Clockwise or Counter Clockwise'.
However it's possible that may also rotate both, without providing individual adjustments.
This article will explain How to: Generate a PDF if ConnectEasy is enabled.
Once you have rotated your label in the PDF version, that should translate to ConnectEasy if you are using that to print directly to your printer.
If you are unable to rotate the label independently of the packing slip, can you please contact our support directly at issues@shippingeasy.com, and we will further investigate the issue within your account.
Thank you and happy shipping!
