Can I sync two different Etsy stores without causing any problems? I have two different stores/different accounts with Etsy. If I try to sync my second store will shipping confirmations to customers still go through correctly and orders come in correctly to my shipping easy account?

Yes, you can sync two different Etsy stores with ShippingEasy and you should not encounter any problems or issues.
Orders will still come in per each Etsy store, and shipping confirmations will be sent out via the correct store integration in ShippingEasy.
When adding another Etsy store to your ShippingEasy account via the instructions in the link below, please make sure you are 'logged out' of both Etsy stores to avoid any confusion during the setup process.
