Missing Money

I had $10 in my account... shipped 2 things at 2.60 each and then it told me I had $0.. can someone help me?

Thank you for reaching out! It looks like this issue might have been resolved, but just in case, I wanted to provide a little extra information on this! 

There are two Endicia accounts attached to your ShippingEasy account. They are each used for different shipment methods. Since the funds are not able to be transferred from one account to another, if one Endicia account is low, you will receive an alert.

Hello Jennifer, 

 

I'm happy to help clear this up. Endicia, who manages your USPS postage, has their system set up so that there is one account for USPS First Class shipments, and another for all other types (Expedited, International, Flat Rate, Priority Mail). 

 

The link in the post above goes into more detail. At this time, we do not have a way to change this feature. I do hope this and the article in the post above help resolve this!
