which endicia account from Shipping Easy do I use for big commerce? I can't get all of my shipping options to show. It shows Either only USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Although I have Priority Mail and Parcel Post selected in BigCommerce, they do not appear as an available shipping method.

I'm very sorry for the late response. After checking your account it appears you have been able to purchase Priority labels for your BigCommerce orders.
All stores integrated into ShippingEasy can use the same two Endicia accounts that are included for free, to purchase all First Class and Priority or International labels.
Endicia Accounts Explained
As of January 2016, the US Postal Service changed the Parcel Post service to Retail Ground. Retail Ground is the ground service that USPS provides through their retail Post Offices.
USPS' commercially available ground service is known as Parcel Select Ground, which you should be able to choose from the Carrier Service drop down menu in the Ready to Ship page.
