I sell same product from both on eBay and Bigcommerce with same SKU's. Due to eBay charges the prices in eBay is little higher. So when product is sold on eBay, can bigcommerce also lower the inventory level's automatically of that same product? So that same product won't get sold twice because all these products are unique.

Yes, if you link both your eBay and BigCommerce store inventories, ShippingEasy will consolidate inventory levels from both store platforms based on the products included in the orders received by ShippingEasy. Then updates will be sent to all inventory linked stores every 10 minutes.
