How ShippingEasy's Inventory Integration can help:
- Products: upload and manage your products, variants and bundles. Automatically update stock levels across most selling channels; view and re-order low stock items, and prevent label generation for out-of-stock items.
- Purchase Orders: create, send and update purchase orders on the fly. Assign products to suppliers and vice-versa. Auto-populate new purchase orders, track their status, receive/update purchase orders as they arrive - in turn updating your store/s.
- Suppliers: A separate supplier database where products can be directly assigned to the relevant supplier (and vice versa) . Easily update contacts, unit cost, payment terms, tax rate and more. It all translates to Purchase Orders that populate themselves!

The Inventory Integration can track your stock levels across most of your selling platforms, as long as those orders sync into ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy can update stock numbers based on received, committed and shipped inventory. However, your store's inventory levels will be unaffected by the integration.
One-way syncing is supported when orders contain SKUs. Most store platforms allow merchants to add SKUs to their product lists, although you may need to update your store's settings to make use of this function. Contact your store platform for assistance with these updates.
