X-cart marks orders complete before sending tracking

Hello, 

We have an X-Cart store that will send out a tracking email for us for each order.  However, with the current ShippingEasy integration, the order is marked "Complete" before tracking is entered, so the email fires with no tracking number.  Is there anyway to change the order in which your API sends information? This is becoming a real problem, and has led to us turning off the automatic exchange of information.

At this time, we don't have a way to moderate how X-Cart processed the information that is sent back to them (such as the tracking number). However, we will send updates with the information back to your store along with a confirmation that the order has been completed within about 10 minutes after your print your label. 

I believe that we do have a solution for you that would resolve the issue you've had with confirmation emails! You can set up shipment confirmation emails to be sent via ShippingEasy! This will include the tracking information and anything else you'd like to include. You'll be able to customize the template sent to your customers via your ShippingEasy account.
