My Jane.com orders won't sync

I need help with my Jane.com orders being synced. I believe I must have signed up for shipping easy after my first Jane.com deal.

While we are able to sync the past seven days of orders from your Jane.com store, starting from the date you integrate in ShippingEasy, if you have orders that are beyond the past 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to sync those.

In cases where your orders are older than 7 days when you integrate your Jane.com store, we recommend adding your orders manually or via a CSV file using the steps in the links below.
