Can't get Endicia First Class to show up in my shipping options

 Hi there, I signed up yesterday and both of my Endicia accounts say connected. I have made sure that the payment method is up to date and yet I can't get the First class options to show up.  It's almost like I have two of the intl and expedited accounts.  Help please

I recently responded to your email you sent, but I also wanted to post here in case you missed that.

After checking your account I was able to locate the First Class carrier service options in the Ready to Ship page under the Carrier Services drop down menu.

Are you selecting USPS in the Carrier drop down, and then First Class from the Carrier Services drop down menu, just below that? The link below will provide screenshots of where you can find those drop down menus.

If you are still unable to view the First Class options under the Carrier Services menu, you may need to try clearing your browser cache or test with another web browser. The link below will provide more information on how to clear browser cache.
